The Ambassador serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, acting as a brand representative. This role focuses on delivering a high level of hospitality, service, and operational support while creating a welcoming and professional workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist employees and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on building operations, amenities, and local services
- Manage visitor access, issue badges, and maintain visitor logs
- Support conference room reservations, catering coordination, and breakroom supplies
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Coordinate vendors, building maintenance, and work order requests
- Provide administrative support including mail handling, data entry, and special projects
- Maintain an organized and polished front desk and lobby area
- Support site safety initiatives and service-level expectations (KPIs/SLAs)
- Assist with new hire orientation logistics as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Must be able to work 7:30am-4pm with flexibility to work later if needed for events
