About the Position:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure compliant job postings, support resume screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Support performance review cycles and other compensation processes.
- Assist with benefits administration, multi-state compliance, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.
- Parter with the accounting team to support payroll accuracy.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the HR team.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience are required.
- Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key players.
- Experience working with people at different levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ADP is required.
Position Information:
- Pays $38/hr-$45/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary position, starting in February and lasting through the end of 2026.
- Hours are 9am-5:30pm.
