Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Technology team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The hours are 8:30am – 5:30/6:00pm (with some accessibility needed after hours), and the role is onsite 5 days per week in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple locations
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering and conference room setup
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support ad hoc projects and assist with operational tasks as needed
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Concur preferred
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; proactive and resourceful
Compensation/Benefits:
