Our client, an architecture planning firm, is seeking a temporary Office Manager to support operations for 3-4 months in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Supervise office service staff.
- Support and maintain the budget, record expenses.
- Support internal space planning, office moves, and supply ordering.
- Oversee site maintenance and facility requests.
- Handle site coordination and catering requests for onsite events.
- Other duties as needed.
About You:
- Prior facilities or office experience is preferred..
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite is required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
About the Position:
- Pays $38/hr-$41/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3-4 months.
- Starting ASAP!
- Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm
- 100% onsite in Georgetown, DC.
