Our client, a global investment firm is seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to temporarily join their team. This is a full time, onsite role located in Boston, MA, working Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:00PM, with an hourly pay range $25-$28/hour. The role supports a busy recruiting function with interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding tasks, and process coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage interview scheduling across multiple calendars
- Coordinate and organize candidate feedback
- Track requisitions and send regular search updates
- Support onboarding processes and coordinate background checks (HireRight)
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Assist with general recruiting coordination and administrative tasks
- Help streamline processes and documentation
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of corporate administrative experience
- HR or recruiting exposure strongly preferred
- Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Professional, polished, and able to represent the team effectively
