We are working with a client who works on modular building solutions and is seeking a detail‑oriented Temp Admin/Receptionist to support daily branch operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing essential administrative support to internal teams. The position includes reception coverage, document processing, AP/AR support, service call coordination, and assisting with onboarding tasks. This temp assignment will last through April, starting at $18/hr and is fully onsite in Irving area (zip: 76155).
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, email, and in‑person inquiries and route appropriately
- Maintain and prepare reports, files, inventories, and databases
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Sort and verify applications, receipts, forms, and documents
- Code AP, create POs in SAP Business One, and upload invoices to SharePoint
- Order office supplies and assist with new‑hire setup
- Coordinate onboarding tasks with IT and HR
- Complete UCC filings
- Assist in scheduling maintenance and repair service calls
- Support customer account and credit setup
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional image
Requirements
- 2-3 years of administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Comfortable working onsite and on a computer throughout the day
