Our client, an investment firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temp to Perm Marketing and Communications Generalist (Analyst) to support the team. This position will start February 2026. Hybrid schedule, Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm with flexibility for overtime. Temp duration approximately 3 – 6 months ahead of conversion.
Role will assist with internal and external marketing and communications programs to support the firm’s branding and stakeholder engagement deliverables. This role requires extensive project management skills, professionalism and an innate drive to handle the planning, execution and administrative details of programs and campaigns. This is a high-growth opportunity to learn the fundamentals of brand, marketing, and communications and gain increasing responsibility as skills and experience grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with the implementation of multimedia campaigns across email, website, social media and intranet platforms
- Support content development plans and tactics, including researching stories, building webpages, writing client emails and social media posts
- Publish content across back-end systems using web programs, social platforms, content management systems and more
- Ensure a best-in-class experience for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and track Marketing & Communications programs using project management tools to support team meetings, stakeholder updates, and compliance requirements
- Support data and analytics efforts for Marketing and Communications organization including maintaining PR databases, evaluating channel performance, creating campaign recap decks
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure seamless coordination across projects
- Ensure timely and relevant communication of project status and updates for team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong project management skills; must have excellent attention to detail
- Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize, multi-task, handle frequently changing and/or unscheduled tasks with accuracy, and respond to requests in a timely fashion
- Highly tech-oriented; experience and/or comfortability with email, digital and social platforms including back-end systems (CRMs, WordPress, Hootsuite, Notified, Meltwater, LinkedIn, Google Analytics) and AI tools
- Superior Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
- A self-starter who is resourceful, has a can-do attitude, and proactively seeks opportunities to improve
- A high-energy team player who takes pride in work product to get the job done
Pay
- 80K-85K perm base, temp rate paid in line. Discretionary bonus when perm
