Our client, a leading association in the travel industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two leaders in the Washington, DC executive office!
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex calendars, handling requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate frequent travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and process expenses reimbursements and invoices.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for the Board and Committees, coordinating attendance and meeting logistics.
- Manage all media and speaking requests for the executives, preparing timelines, briefs, and talking points.
- Support the association’s annual events and conferences.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of executive support required; C-suite highly experience preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- Experience collaborating with a Board of Directors and/or Committees.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills.
- High level of detail orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $100K-$115K, DOE.
- Comfortable working in the DC office 3 days/week.
