Our client, a cybersecurity startup, is seeking a Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This is a fully remote role, though candidates must be based in NYC. The ideal candidate is versatile, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment, with the flexibility to work varying hours depending on the CEO’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar and ensure timely attendance for meetings and commitments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including site visits and complex itineraries
- Organize and prioritize tasks to maximize CEO’s efficiency and accessibility
- Handle confidential communications with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling and logistics
- Provide operational support for ad hoc projects as needed
Job Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving priorities
- No degree required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $70K-$85K base salary + equity
