A well‑known local realty group in Chicago’s Avondale neighborhood is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support day‑to‑day operations, keep the team running smoothly, and bring a polished, friendly presence to the office.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the behind‑the‑scenes force that keeps operations moving. Your day could include:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding for new team members
- Coordinating portal access, system permissions, and SharePoint setup
- Managing supplies, office snacks, and general office organization
- Assisting with vendor relationships (IT, software subscriptions, etc.)
- Helping with cross‑team coordination and project support
- Jumping in on general administrative tasks as needs arise
Each day will be a blend of structure and variety – ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to helper in a busy office.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of administrative or operations experience
- A proactive communicator with strong attention to detail
- Someone tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- A positive, polished, team‑oriented personality
The Details
Schedule:
* Part-time, Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-2:00pm (20-25 hrs/week)
Duration:
* 2-4 month contract

Compensation:
