Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support operations across a commercial office portfolio. This role requires strong financial reporting skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced property management environment. The hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm, and the role is onsite 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for commercial property operations across a high-quality office portfolio
- Prepare financial reporting, including CAM reconciliations, monthly variance reports, accruals, and annual budgets
- Manage accounts payable processes and assist with vendor coordination
- Oversee scheduling, work orders, and communication with tenants and building teams
- Assist with property inspections, maintenance coordination, and operational oversight
- Support senior property managers with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of commercial property management experience (residential not sufficient unless combined with commercial)
- Strong financial acumen, including CAM reconciliations, budgeting, variance analysis, and AP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
