Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the Investor Relations team at a global merchant bank. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, relationship‑driven environment. The hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm (accessibility to email after hours is needed), and the role is 4 days onsite in Manhattan, with 1 day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
- Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports and maintain organization within CRM systems
- Support team-wide initiatives, reporting, and high-volume scheduling during peak IR cycles
- Book restaurants, coordinate logistics, and handle ad hoc administrative requests
- Collaborate closely with senior EAs and contribute proactively to a highly engaged administrative team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7+ years of experience in financial services; IR or sales support experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Mature judgment, professional communication skills, and the ability to read a room
- Strong work ethic and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage competing priorities
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $130K-$140K base salary + bonus
