Our client is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support a busy CEO within a fast-paced investment environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, maturity, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities simultaneously. The hours are 8:00am-6:00pm with flexibility for overtime, and the role is fully onsite in Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex and constantly changing calendar, ensuring the CEO is on time and prepared for all meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Handle inbox management, flagging priorities, drafting responses, and tracking follow-up items
- Process and organize business and personal expenses, maintaining accurate documentation
- Support personal needs such as reservations, appointments, and special projects
- Assist with note taking, organizing meeting materials, and maintaining systems and schedules
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant experience supporting C‑suite executives
- Strong ability to manage demanding schedules, shifting priorities, and last-minute changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment and discretion
- Experience handling both executive and personal support in fast-paced environments
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Degree not required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90K-$110K base salary + discretionary bonus
