Our client is seeking a seasoned and highly dedicated Executive Assistant to support three senior partners within a long‑established investment firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to balance executive and light personal support while operating in a collaborative, tight‑knit office environment. The hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, with occasional after‑hours needs, and the position is fully onsite in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to three partners, including complex calendar and meeting management
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Process expenses, maintain accurate records, and support document organization
- Assist with personal tasks for partners, including reservations, family logistics, and appointment scheduling
- Partner with reception and administrative team to support office‑wide needs; step in wherever needed
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience with demonstrated longevity and stability in past roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional, warm, and collaborative demeanor
- Experience supporting senior leaders and balancing both EA and light PA responsibilities
- Ability to operate effectively in small office environments with a “no task beneath me” mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $140K base salary + bonus
