Our client, located in McLean, VA, is seeking a temporary Receptionist to provide white-glove service at their property for 3 months!
About the Job:
- Provide an exceptionally professional and hospitable experience at the front desk through visitor greetings, phone coverage, and reception maintenance.
- Issue security badges, manage logs, and schedule conference rooms.
- Coordinate mail and package retrieval and complete any necessary clerical tasks.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to resolve building service related problems and issue tickets via Salesforce.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
About You:
- 5+ years of front desk or hospitality experience are required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience working with Salesforce is required.
- Strong Google Suite, MS Office Suite, and Slack proficiencies.
- Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
- Able to adhere to a business casual dress code.
About the Position:
- $22/hr-$24/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3 months.
- Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm.
- 100% on site in McLean, VA.
