Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare financial services space, is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to join their team in a fully remote, contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and support patients with questions related to their accounts and available financial programs. About You:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology is a plus
- Willingness to work Saturdays as scheduled
About the Job:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls from patients
- Make outbound calls to follow up on program enrollment and payment reminders
- Educate patients on available programs and explain benefits clearly using provided scripts
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality assurance standards
- Verify customer identity prior to sharing account information
- Accurately document interactions and complete post-call tasks
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on products and policies
- Handle all interactions in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, paying $19/hour during the temporary period and $19/hour upon permanent conversion. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be based in Tennessee.
