Our client, a mission-driven organization that seeks to pursue systemic change in the child welfare and educational systems, encourages bipartisan cooperation in government, and supports meaningful connections to Judaism, is looking for a Grants Coordinator to support the Washington, DC office!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute grant applications, docket preparation, award letters, payment processing, and reporting.
- Manage the grantmaking database – enter and update data, track grant statuses, and prepare reports.
- Track the spending and budgeting for U.S. grantmaking efforts.
- Provide customer service and technical assistance to grantees with online application and reporting processes.
- Create clear, concise, and insightful materials, presentations, and other materials for the Board and senior staff.
- Assist with meeting/event planning and other foundation-wide functions, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of grants administration experience and a bachelors degree is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders in a flexible and warm manner.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and timeline for deliverables.
- Creative and innovate thinker, passionate about advancing the organization’s mission.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $75K-$85K (dependent on years of experience).

- On-site 4x/week in the Washington, DC office.
