Our client, a national trade association, is seeking a temporary Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
Coordinate timelines and deliverables, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.
Track budgets, procurement processes, and vendor relationships.
Support automated reporting, streamlining documentation, and efficient meeting summarizing.
Develop and edit marketing content including messaging, promotional videos, and visual assets.
Provide support to the team through additional tasks as required.
About You:
2+ years of related project coordination or marketing experience are required.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience using AI tools is required.
Strong strategy, execution, and quality control skills while meeting tight deadlines.
About the Position:
$33/hr-$36/hr, depending on experience.
30 hours per week, 9:30am-4:30pm.
Hybrid with 4 days/week on site in Washington, DC.
