Our client, a global talent consulting firm located in Manhattan is looking for a Temp to Perm Search Associate to join their team. This position will start Q1 (early 2026) and will operate on a hybrid office schedule (4 days onsite/1 day remote). 8:30am start time with flex for overtime. Temp duration will be approximately 3+ months before conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge management across search databases and SharePoint.
- Conduct desk research using LinkedIn, third‑party tools, proprietary databases, and company websites.
- Execute phone outreach including cold calls, candidate assessments, and talent mapping.
- Produce client‑ready written materials: assessments, search updates, job descriptions, quarterly reports, decks.
- Support Consultants with candidate management and relationship development.
- Assist with business development through management research and presentation prep.
- Work across a variety of client searches at leading alternative asset managers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Financial Services and/or Professional Services search.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence.
- Ability to prioritize shifting client needs and tight deadlines.
- High ownership mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
- Absolute discretion with confidential information.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Curious, collaborative, team‑oriented personality with ability to thrive on the fastest‑paced team in the firm.

Compensation:
