Our client is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Associate to join a high‑performing Wealth & Asset Management search team within a global talent consultancy. This role offers exposure to top financial services clients, accelerated career progression, and the opportunity to support multiple search mandates in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. The hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed, and the role is 3-4 days onsite in Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and support search execution across asset management, private equity, private credit, and alternative investment clients
- Manage candidate outreach, assessments, relationship building, and ongoing communication
- Prepare client‑ready materials, including candidate assessments, job descriptions, and market updates
- Assist with business development efforts through company/management research and presentation preparation
- Maintain and update CRM systems, databases, and internal knowledge repositories
- Support Consultants and Managing Directors with project management, prioritization, and workflow coordination
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of professional experience in executive search, financial services, consulting, or fast‑paced research roles
- Bachelor’s degree required, with strong academic performance preferred
- Excellent communication skills and polished, client‑facing presence
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to produce polished, client‑ready documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $75K-$95K base salary + discretionary bonus
