Our client, an incredible mission-driven organization, is seeking an experienced and sharp Director of Fundraising Operations to manage the donor CRM system in their Bethesda office!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the donor database (Salesforce) to build and refine processes for gift entry, acknowledgments, donor agreements, prospect research, and other tracking.
- Maintain varying records in Salesforce, including proposals, pledges, gifts, sponsorships, and any other required deliverables.
- Collaborate across the organization on fundraising initiatives tied to donor activity, the annual fundraising budget, and other related expenses.
- Track and maintain accurate projections of revenue and the status of different proposals, providing regular reports to support the overall fundraising strategy.
- Create dashboards and reports on fundraising activities and upcoming deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of nonprofit database management and a bachelor’s degree are required.
- Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce as a donor database is required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize are key.
- Phenomenal written and verbal communication skills with a passion for employee engagement and customer service.
- Strong understanding of HR-related laws and compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $100K-$110K, DOE.
