Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit located just outside of Bethesda, MD, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support their busy campus!
About the Job:
- Provide hands-on repair and maintenance support, tracking work order requests and managing vendors as needed.
- Support any construction or renovation projects with overseeing of vendors, timelines, and more.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, appliances, furniture, and supplies.
- Provide customer service to all staff and campus guests, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Assist with additional facilities-related tasks as required.
About You:
- 2+ years of facilitiy experience is required.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Strong writtenand verbal communication skills are required.
- Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- Salary range of $50K-$54K (dependent on experience), plus overtime eligibility.
