We are working with a global real estate company who is looking for a Senior Director, Program Manager for our Global Transformation Management Office. The Senior Director, Program Manager will collaborate with senior leaders to design, execute, and lead teams through complex transformational changes. This role requires expertise in program, project, and change management, focusing on driving financial results and delivering tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and address challenges.
– Own the delivery of benefits from transformational programs or projects.
– Build and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders and project teams.
– Lead project teams and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules.
– Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as Operating Model Design, Process Design & Optimization, Shared Services & Location Strategy, Go to Market Strategy, and Cost Reduction.
– Coach and guide project team members.
– Identify additional transformation opportunities within projects or business areas.
– Utilize and improve project management disciplines and processes.
Requirements:
– Extensive experience with top-tier strategy consulting firms or large technology companies.
– Proven track record in program delivery within global companies.
– Direct experience with major international business transformation projects.
– Strong financial acumen and understanding of company P&L and balance sheets.
– Diverse industry and functional backgrounds.
– Preferred but not essential: understanding of global real estate markets.
