About the Job:
- Ensure compliance with various laws and company policies.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and maintain records.
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, provide disciplinary guidance, and maintain personnel files.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendaring, and inbox management.
- Complete additional relevant HR tasks as required.
About You:
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience are required.
- An associates degree is required; A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Strong experience with benefits claims is required.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and an HRIS system.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- $26/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary starting ASAP
- 100% onsite in southeast Washington, DC.
