Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a temporary Marketing Coordinator to support their team in Washington, DC for 3 months!
About the Job:
- Coordinate proposals and RFPs, track proposal activity, and collaborate across teams.
- Develop, update, and maintain marketing collateral and communications, including web content, social media, attorney bios, pitch materials, and practice messaging.
- Coordinate and support internal and external events, conferences, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
- Conduct and disseminate research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats that enhance client value.
- Manage marketing data, mailing lists, and performance metrics using CRM and research platforms.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the extended team as needed.
About You:
- 3+ years of marketing or business development experience are required for this role.
- A law firm background is preferred; Otherwise, a professional services background is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Self-disciplined with sound judgement and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRMs, marketing databases, and CMS.
About the Position:
- $32/hr-$42/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 3 months.
- Hours are 9am-5:30pm.
- Hybrid with 3 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
