Our client, a company in the healthcare space, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to multiple executives in their busy Arlington, VA office!
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and project support to two executives and their respective teams.
- Handle heavy and complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Manage multiple calendars including for one executive and the office/meeting space.
- Coordinate meetings and events, preparing materials and presentations, taking notes, and conducting follow-up.
- Prepare expense reports and conduct additional research or reporting as requested.
- Special projects and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative support required; experience in professional services is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills are required.
- Must be proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
About the Role:
- Salary range of $70K-$80K (DOE).
- Hybrid schedule, with ability to work evenings and weekends as needed; daily hours are 8am-6pm.
