Our client, an investment firm in Washington, DC, is seeking an indefinite temporary part-time Operations Assistant to support their team, starting at the end of February!
About the Job:
- Handle receipt collection, coding, and invoice processing.
- Distribute materials and minutes for meetings.
- Coordinate with advisors on various registration and compliance tasks.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Oversee executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update digital systems and software.
- Process and distribute incoming mail.
- Provide overall operational support across the business.
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative and operations experience.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills.
- Must have access to reliable internet connection and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
About the Position:
- Pays $25/hr-$29/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary, indefinitely, starting end of February.
- Part-time for 10-15 hours/week.
- Washington, DC.
