Our client is seeking a highly intelligent, hyper‑organized, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at a rapidly scaling Series A technology company. This role operates in a fast‑moving, intellectually rigorous environment and blends executive support with operational, project‑based, and Chief‑of‑Staff‑style responsibilities. The hours are 9:00/9:30am-7:00pm with flexibility for longer days, and the position is fully onsite in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level executive support including complex calendar management, prioritization, and internal meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, reservations, and logistics for senior leaders
- Support internal operations, leadership cadence, meeting preparation, agendas, and follow‑through items
- Drive execution on strategic and cross‑functional projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities remain aligned
- Draft communications, briefs, pre‑reads, and strategic documents on behalf of executives
- Build structure in ambiguous situations, acting as a force multiplier for executives with shifting priorities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of standout experience in EA, Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or fast‑paced startup environments; 5+ years preferred for senior support
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional organizational ability with “hyper‑efficient, hyper‑structured” work style
- Strong business judgment and ability to convert context into actionable priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with crisp attention to detail
- Technologically savvy; experience in high‑growth, founder‑led, or tech‑forward environments strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $140K base salary + considerable equity
