Our client, a private investment firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its Investment Professional Recruiting team in the New York office. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and supports the New York-based recruiting team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, energetic team player with a flexible and enthusiastic approach, as the position involves frequent interaction with internal stakeholders and external candidates and offers opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, supporting recruiting initiatives, posting open positions, tracking candidate information in the applicant tracking system, conducting LinkedIn research, submitting recruiter and candidate expense reimbursements, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring a superior candidate experience. This position may be temporary or temp-to-perm, with an hourly rate of $36-$41 and a permanent salary range of $75,000-$85,000.
