Our client is seeking a proactive and highly adaptable Executive Personal Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of a fast‑growing, female‑founded fine jewelry brand, as well as her husband on a lighter basis. This is a true EA/PA hybrid role with a strong personal support and household coordination component, ideal for a motivated, early‑career candidate who wants exposure to fashion, retail, and entrepreneurship. The hours are 10:00am-6:00pm, and the role is hybrid with four days onsite (split between office, home, and flagship store) and one remote day, depending on the Founder’s schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule business meetings, appointments, and store visits for the Founder and her husband
- Support light office management needs such as ordering supplies and helping keep the workspace organized
- Track and organize expenses and maintain simple spreadsheets and records
- Coordinate with household staff (housekeeper, chef, driver) across multiple residences and a weekend home
- Spend part of the week working from the family home, overseeing logistics when teens and pets are present
- Assist with ad hoc personal and business projects as the role evolves, acting as a reliable “catch‑all” support
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of administrative, personal assistant, or office support experience; strong internship or part‑time experience considered
- Common sense, strong judgment, and the ability to earn and maintain trust
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in fluid, unstructured environments
- Warm, professional demeanor with the ability to work around family members, pets, and in a home setting
- Self‑starter who asks smart questions, takes initiative, and is comfortable with “no task too small” work
- Interest in fashion, retail, or consumer brands is a plus but not required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $65K-$75K base salary
