Our client has an urgent need for a Human Resources and Office Services Coordinator! With 3+ years of HR and office services experience, a bachelor’s degree, and an ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team, you’ll excel in this role. About the Job:
Support talent acquisition by coordinating interviews, background checks, and intern hiring.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing and document preparation.
Manage HR related inboxes, coordinate training and compliance programs, and support meetings and events.
Handle office deliveries, supplies, room scheduling, and maintain office areas.
Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
About You:
A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; an associated degree is required.
3+ years of combined Human Resources and office operations experience.
Familiarity with HR systems is required.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong knowledge of applicable labor laws.
About the Position:
Pays $20/hr-$24/hr, while temporary.
Converts to a salary of $65K-$70K, depending on experience.
Hybrid position with 3 days/week onsite.
Office located in Washington, DC.
