Our client has an urgent need for a Human Resources and Office Services Coordinator! With 3+ years of HR and office services experience, a bachelor’s degree, and an ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team, you’ll excel in this role. About the Job:
- Support talent acquisition by coordinating interviews, background checks, and intern hiring.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing and document preparation.
- Manage HR related inboxes, coordinate training and compliance programs, and support meetings and events.
- Handle office deliveries, supplies, room scheduling, and maintain office areas.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; an associated degree is required.
- 3+ years of combined Human Resources and office operations experience.
- Familiarity with HR systems is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong knowledge of applicable labor laws.
About the Position:
- Pays $20/hr-$26/hr, while temporary.
- Converts to a salary of $65k-$70k, depending on experience.
- Hybrid position with 3 days/week onsite.
- Office located in Washington, DC.
