Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Sales Operations Associate to join a fast‑growing firm. This role blends CRM management, reporting, data analysis, and strategic outreach to support business development and client engagement. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm, and the position follows a hybrid schedule of three days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday) and two remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce data, outreach lists, reporting, and overall CRM structure for the Sales Operations team
- Analyze outreach performance, produce weekly reports, and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Design and execute sales outreach cadences, A/B tests, and engagement strategies
- Conduct LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator research to build prospect lists and support lead generation
- Coordinate outreach to associations and industry groups, and maintain a pipeline of events and conferences
- Support account assignments, forecasting, and historical data analysis
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, business development, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Salesforce proficiency required; strong Excel skills essential
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational ability with attention to detail
- Confident, outgoing, and proactive; comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $95K base salary + discretionary bonus
