Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support a senior Consultant within a global executive search firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage a fast pace, high volume of projects across candidate and client deliverables. Hours are typically 8:30/9:00am-5:00/5:30pm with a one‑hour lunch, and the schedule is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite based on the Consultant’s needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high‑volume candidate and client scheduling across multiple time zones
- Prepare job status reports, update internal systems, and maintain accurate project documentation
- Proofread and finalize client‑facing materials including reports, presentations, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams and serve as a liaison for candidate and client communication
- Track project timelines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage data entry and updates within the firm’s proprietary CRM
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of administrative or project coordination experience in professional services (executive search preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage communication and deliverables professionally
- Proven ability to take tasks from start to finish with strong ownership and follow‑through
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with high volume, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
- Strong Word and PowerPoint skills; CRM/database experience required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $80K-$95K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
