Our client, located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Receptionist to support their team in Washington, DC starting ASAP!
About the Job:
- Answer phones and maintain coverage of the front desk in the reception area continuously.
- Greet visitors and guide them to their designated meetings or destinations.
- Reserve and schedule conference rooms and coordinate catering needs.
- Ensure daily upkeep of reception and kitchen areas.
- Coordinate maintenance with building management and vendors, addressing repairs and maintaining aesthetic standards.
About You:
- 1+ years of administrative or office facility experience is required.
- A high school diploma is required.
- Basic MS Office Suite skills.
- Customer service oriented with high professionalism.
- Detail-oriented/organized with excellent communication and multitasking skills.
About the Position:
- $21/hr-$23/hr, while temporary
- $50k-$53k, when permanent, DOE.
- Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
