A confidential dairy company is seeking a temporary Data Entry Assistant to support an onsite scanning and digitization project in Lynnfield, MA. This role is expected to last 2-4 months, with a start date ideally within the next 2-3 weeks. The position pays $21 per hour and follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The assistant will help transition employee records from hard-copy files to electronic systems while maintaining strict confidentiality. Job Responsibilities
- Scan and digitize approximately 500 active employee hard-copy files
- Upload documents into an internal document management system
- Build and organize electronic employee files in compliance with records policies
- Shred and properly dispose of hard-copy files when appropriate
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Candidate Qualifications
- Background in legal administration or paralegal work preferred
- Experience with high-volume scanning and document management
- Intermediate technical and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks
- Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Reliable, dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance
