Our client, a real estate investment company located in Boston, is seeking an Administrative/Office Support Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month contract with potential to convert perm. This onsite role follows a Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM schedule and is compensating up to $33/hour, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage conference rooms, including setup and breakdown for meetings and events
- Order office, kitchen, and meeting supplies
- Maintain coffee stations, kitchen, and common areas (restocking, cleaning, running dishwasher)
- Coordinate lunch orders for meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, FedEx, and courier services
- Meet freight operators for large deliveries and manage project materials
- Scan, package, and mail documents and materials
- Perform general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Support ad hoc administrative and office projects as assigned
Candidate Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, service-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite office environment
- Ability to lift and move supplies or packages as needed
