Our client is seeking a full-time, temporary Personal/Executive Assistant to support C-level executives at a consumer internet and technology company. The role is based in Framingham, MA, requires in-office presence Tuesday-Thursday (with occasional additional days), and offers 40 hours per week from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. This position pays $43/hr and combines professional and personal responsibilities, including calendar management, travel coordination, event support, and household tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedules, and priorities while anticipating needs proactively
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, quarterly events, executive meetings, and large in-office gatherings
- Plan and book comprehensive travel itineraries for executives and family, including flights, ground transportation, and accommodations
- Provide technical support for home and office systems, source service providers, and schedule appointments
- Handle household management tasks such as shopping, returns, setup, installations, and ad hoc errands
- Support the executive team by identifying and completing tasks independently
Candidate Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in professional and personal capacities
- Highly organized, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and proficient with digital organizational tools and systems
- Discreet and professional, able to handle confidential information
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and delivers results independently
