Our client, a conservation focused non-profit organization, has an immediate need for a temporary Executive Office Administrator to join their busy Arlington, VA team ASAP!
About the Job:
Oversee and manage all administrative operations for the office including supplies, equipment, maintenance, vendors, and mail.
Handle expense reports and coordinate travel arrangements.
Schedule meetings, manage agendas, and record minutes.
Process invoices, maintain records, support special events.
Support any additional administrative or operational duties as needed.
About You:
5+ years of office management or executive support experience are required.
Strong MS Office 360 skills with excellent prioritization.
Thrives working both independently and collaboratively.
A keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask.
Able to travel up to 10%.
About the Position:
$25/hr-$32/hr, depending on experience.
Starting ASAP, lasting through the end of the year.
Potential for this position to become permanent.
If permanent, $75k-$80k, depending on experience.
