Our client, a mission-focused legal group located in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary Voter Hotline Specialist to oversee daily functions of their hotline, starting March 2026 and lasting through January 2027!
Responsibilities:
Support volunteers through direct assistance via email and phone.
Track volunteer workflows, send volunteers onboarding materials, and update relevant resources.
Manage hotline operations and website resources.
Maintain internal systems with current data and ensure documents, such as accommodations, are properly documented.
Preform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Campaign or election-related experience is strongly preferred.
Passionate about voting rights and civic engagement.
Excels in deadline-driven, high-volume environments.
Strong customer service skills with a keen eye for detail.
Position Information:
Pays $27/hr-$28/hr, with eligibility for overtime!
Hours are 9am-5pm. Extended hours (7am-6pm) are possible.
Temporary position, lasting 1 year.
2 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
