Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer of a leading asset management firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to support a senior technology leader who is deeply focused on innovation, AI, and firmwide systems. Hours are typically 8:30/9:00am-5:00/5:30pm with after‑hours email awareness, and the role is fully onsite in Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the CTO including complex calendar management, scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate domestic and international travel including itineraries, logistics, conferences, and team events
- Partner closely with the CTO on internal planning, communications, and cross‑functional coordination
- Assist with operational workflows including expense reports, document preparation, and project follow‑through
- Support CTO team leads as needed, including scheduling, meeting prep, and internal coordination
- Help organize technology‑driven initiatives and act as a liaison with technical teams
- Track deadlines, conference schedules, deliverables, and strategic priorities
- Maintain confidentiality and represent the CTO with professionalism and polish across the firm
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders; experience supporting technology or technical executives strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Passion for or interest in AI, automation, and next‑generation technology tools
- Strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support a high‑performing executive
- Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable supporting multiple moving parts
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and discretion
- Comfortable working fully onsite and adapting to evolving priorities
Compensation/Benefits:
- $150K base
