Our client, an association, is seeking a temporary to permanent Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to their team in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact in the office and manage incoming calls.
- Oversee the reception area and support day-to-day office operations.
- Collect, organize, and format important documents.
- Support employee engagement activities and on-site events.
- Handle other relevant administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of administrative, facilities, or operations experience are required.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiencies in MS Office 365, Teams, and CRM systems are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Compensation/Benefits:
- $32/hr-$33/hr, DOE.
- Converts to a salary of $70k-$80k, when permanent.
- Core hours are 8:30am-5:00pm.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
