Our client, a financial investment firm, is seeking a temporary part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their dynamic office in Washington, DC!
Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters to develop strategic recruiting plans and build candidate pipelines for niche candidates.
- Utilize the ATS and sourcing platforms to source candidates for hard to place regional markets.
- Conduct candidate outreach to confirm interest in positions.
- Support the vetting of candidates before passing them to recruiters.
- Support talent acquisition and recruitment with additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience are required, experience sourcing candidates for hard to fill or niche roles is highly desired.
- Mission-aligned with the organization’s values.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience supporting niche or hard to fill roles.
- Proficiencies with MS Office, ATS, and recruitment tools are required.
- Outgoing and professional with excellent communication skills.
Position Information:
- $27/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 1-3 months, depending on organizational need.
- Part-time for 15-20 hours per week.
