Our client, a non-partisan nonprofit think tank, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support their EVP in their Washington, DC office! If you are events-oriented with 5+ years of strong executive support experience, apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Draft and route correspondence, track document requests, and update the filing system.
- Handle expense reports, travel logistics, meeting logistics, and catering needs.
- Ensure EVP is properly prepped and informed for meetings.
- Balance calendars and assist with strategic planning for events.
- Special projects and other tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of strong executive support and meeting and events experience are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- Proficiencies in MS Office, Concur, Zoom and other standard softwares.
- Self-starter with a high level of confidentiality able to effectively anticipate needs.
- Resourceful problem-solvi4ng skills with flexibility and strong judgement.
Compensation & Position Information:
- $28/hr-$33/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 1 month with the potential for the assignment to extend.
- 100% onsite in the heart of Washington, DC.
- Metro accessible office!
