Title Operations Specialist (Onsite)
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Type: Fully Onsite
Job Summary
The Title Operations Specialist is responsible for researching, resolving, and processing title‑related issues for consumer, commercial, and internal stakeholders. This role focuses on identifying and correcting title discrepancies, managing duplicate titles and bills of sale, and preparing accurate documentation for submission to appropriate agencies. The position involves both case management and inbound/outbound phone communication with external partners and internal teams. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to perform efficiently in a high‑volume, onsite operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage casework related to duplicate titles
- Manage casework related to duplicate bills of sale
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls through a phone queue
- Research and resolve title discrepancies or deficiencies
- Generate, review, and process operational reports
- Manage incoming assignments from third‑party title vendors
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation to appropriate agencies
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to support timely resolution of issues
Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience working with vehicle titles preferred
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
