Our client, a lobbying association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to provide fast-paced and extremely proactive support to their busy Communications and Marketing teams in Washington, DC!
About the Job:
- Coordinate the flow of information and handle calls, file organization, correspondence, and more.
- Greet visitors, support meeting logistics, and manage office supplies.
- Support stakeholder and media engagement by maintaining contact databases.
- Conduct relevant marketing or media outreach-related research.
- Complete other tasks and responsibilities as needed to proactively support the senior leaders.
About You:
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior-level communications or public affairs executives are required.
- MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and social medial platform proficiencies are required.
- Resourceful and driven with strong attention to detail.
- Able to interact with individuals at all levels and retain outstanding interpersonal skills under pressure.
- High level of confidentiality with strong judgement skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $30/hr-$35/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary for 2-3 months.
- Potential for this position to become permanent.
- 100% onsite in Washington, DC.

- Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.
