Our client, a dynamic multinational law firm, is seeking a temporary Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join dynamic team to support all aspects of talent acquisition and attorney development programs!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on all aspects of the program including planning events, budget monitoring, orientation, etc.
- Liaise with relevant departments and act as a key point of contact.
- Manage candidate outreach and coordinate interview schedules.
- Produce candidate reports and ensure accuracy of the ATS system.
- Manage and support the program through additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of campus recruiting experience are required, ideally at a law firm.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office products and ATS is required.
- Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
- Maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information.
Position Information:
- $29/hr-$35/hr, depending on experience.
- Temporary role, lasting indefinitely!
- Hours are 9am-6pm.
- 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
