We are hiring! Beacon Hill’s DC office is looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to a dynamic team; alongside efficient operations support to their office!
About the Job:
- Maintain office cleanliness and act as the first point of contact, greeting candidates, clients, and vendors, at the front desk.
- Manage office supplies, maintenance requests, light troubleshooting requests and mail and packages.
- Support internal and client facing events including quarterly outings, happy hours, team lunches, client happy hours, and networking events.
- Handle job postings, resume formatting, onboarding reminders, timesheet reminders, and background checks.
- Support the Director with expense reports, ATS submittals, and data-focused team projects.
- Complete ad hoc projects and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
About You:
- 2+ years of relevant office support or administrative experience (internships count!); a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Must be very technologically savvy with proficiencies in MS Suite, Canva, Teams, and Zoom.
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong prioritizing capabilities and the ability to quickly pivot.
- Personable and professional with a ‘no task too small’ attitude.
- Able to meet tight deadlines with quick turnarounds.
About the Position:
- $24/hr-$26/hr, depending on experience.
- Converts to a salary of $55k, when permanent.
- Hours are 8:30am-5pm.
- On-site 4 days/week in Washington, DC.
