Project Support Specialist

About the Role
We are hiring a Project Support Specialist to provide dedicated administrative and operational support for a large‑scale infrastructure project. This role supports Project Managers and internal teams by handling documentation, tracking, invoicing support, and compliance‑related tasks that keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with operations and internal teams to complete required data entry and tracking related to project activities
- Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets to track requests, documentation status, and related project information
- Assist with the collection, organization, and maintenance of project and compliance documentation
- Perform data entry into internal tracking or management systems to ensure records are accurate and up to date
- Support the submission and processing of documentation to internal or third‑party partners as required
- Provide administrative support to leadership and project teams as needed
- Assist with additional administrative and project‑related tasks as they arise
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-4 years of experience in an administrative, project support, or coordinator role
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail, especially with documentation and data
- Ability to work independently and support multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
