Growing professional services firm in search of an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Searching for an individual with demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant. This position offers weekly pay, benefits, and room for growth from within!
Responsibilities:
– Answer and route incoming phone calls
– Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with meeting preparation
– Draft, proofread, and prepare professional correspondence
– Assist with case related tracking and organization
– Order and restock office supplies
– Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
– Support leadership and team members with general administrative needs
Requirements:
– 2+ years of demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines
– High level of professionalism discretion, and confidentiality
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
– Ability to operate standard office equipment and systems
